Jan 2025 - Aizel Network EVA AI Token Rug Pull Twitter/X Phished - $Unknown (Global)
Aizel Network is a highly scalable and performant on-chain AI platform that utilizes Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) and Multi-Party Computation (MPC) to provide trustless, private AI solutions. The platform enables seamless blockchain automation, delivering AI with minimal latency and maximum security. It appears that the Aizel Network Twitter/X account was compromised through a fake copyright claim phishing notice against the account owner. Once inside, the attackers launched a Ava AI token, which gained significant popularity and a $3m USD market cap. Once the token was sufficiently large, a large quantity were sold on investors, leading to significant losses.
There was a market cap reported at $2m. It's not clear how much liquidity was provided.
