"Due to a bug, some people have managed to withdraw all the funds from our exchange. We are in the process of a thorough investigation for this. We are extremely sorry that it has to come to end like this. Until the investigation is over, we cannot refund anything."
Further Analysis
Investigation shows that assets on the exchange were not properly stored, and the initial handling of the incident was extremely poor. The exchange at first shut down their website and removed all social media accounts, before later reversing the decision. The exchange since made some efforts to refund certain alt coins, however there has been no report of any bitcoin or litecoin being returned. A group on Twitter continues attempting to prosecute the team, believed to be based in Romania.
